Helping Hands Academy e.V. has been officially registered and approved in the Benevity Causes Portal since August 2026.
Benevity connects non-profit organisations with an international network of companies, employees and supporters. Through the platform, companies and their employees can discover charitable organisations and support them through a range of corporate giving and engagement programmes.
With its successful admission, Helping Hands Academy is expanding its international infrastructure for future corporate partnerships and support programmes.
Professional Structures for Future Partnerships
For us, the registration represents another step in developing professional structures for fundraising, corporate engagement and international cooperation.
For smaller non-profit organisations in particular, access to established platforms can be an important prerequisite for becoming visible and verifiable to internationally active companies.
Admission to Benevity therefore complements other structures through which Helping Hands Academy is registered and verified as a non-profit organisation.
Our aim is not simply to collect as many platforms as possible. What matters is creating additional long-term channels through which concrete projects can be supported.
Our objective remains unchanged: to use new opportunities where they can help sustainably strengthen projects in education, health and WASH in The Gambia.
